Fantastic location, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shopping areas. The room was clean and equipped with a comfortable bed, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. I appreciate the friendly staff who were eager to help with any questions. However, I faced a couple of issues. The cleaning service was slow. on multiple occasions, I returned to find my room uncleaned well into the evening. Also, I found the air conditioning in my room a bit inconsistent. sometimes it would take longer to cool down. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall vibe and cleanliness of the hotel made for an enjoyable stay.

The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the lively Bangla Road and very close to Banzaan market, allowing me to explore delicious local foods. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always offering assistance when needed, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed for restful sleeps.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a bar, and laundry services. On my first stay, the staff helped me find directions, and every visit has been memorable. I’m coming back for Christmas!

The staff—day and night—are incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, enjoying drinks at the bar 24/7 is a fantastic perk!

Request a quieter room at check-in to reduce noise from the busy street, especially if you're a light sleeper.

Staying for 8 nights proved to be a delightful experience, with friendly staff eager to assist, particularly Gena, who helped with travel arrangements. The room was consistently clean, with a comfortable bed for restful nights after exploring the vibrant nearby night market and seafood offerings. However, the constant noise from the street made it somewhat difficult to relax completely, and the air conditioning in my room occasionally struggled to keep up, which detracted from my comfort during warmer days.

The location was perfect for our family with two girls, just a short walk to Patong Beach and the vibrant night market. The staff were incredibly nice and helped us book some fun sea trips and land excursions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

My kids wished the hotel had better air conditioning, as it felt a bit warm during our stay.
